Keno is a game of luck with a rich and acclaimed background. The game that we are currently familiar with has experienced remarkable alterations since its earliest inception. Gambling chroniclers have followed its background as far back as 200 B.C. to a Chinese form of diversion referred to as ‘The Game of the White Dove.’ It is a well-documented fact that a type of keno was played in a bingo-like arrangement on the eastern seaboard right around the time of the huge Chinese arrival at the time of the gold rush.

In its contemporary form, keno is something like bingo in that both games are based upon numbers. An individual keno card is printed with eighty numbers and the player can select as many as he wants. This is done by circling or otherwise marking the numbers with a pen. As soon as the bettor has checked off the numbers, s/he must take the card back to the clerk at the keno stand. The clerk will then issue a ticket after marking down the gambler’s numbers. It’s up to the gambler to redeem any winning card before the the next round begins, so stragglers need to keep alert.

Now that we have covered a little bit of keno’s fascinating history and basic rules of game play, you are probably itching to find out where you can gamble on keno on the internet. And that is only a reasonable thing for an aspiring keno gambler. To be sure, you have a good many possibilities to choose from when it is time for some big-time internet keno fun with all the thrills you might expect.
